Mark Lister - Managing Partner

Mark Lister has over 20 years of experience in the Yorkshire Corporate Finance market having worked for 8 years as a Corporate Finance Senior Manager and Director with KPMG in Leeds before joining PKF in Leeds as a partner in 1998 to set up a corporate finance practice where he remained until 2013. Mark headed up Corporate Finance in the North for PKF from 2003 as well as representing the UK firm on the PKF International Corporate Finance Committee and having a 5 year stint as Managing Partner of the Leeds office.

Mark is experienced in both lead advisory and due diligence and has enjoyed advising the SME market and particularly owner managed businesses on a variety of transactions where he has been able to develop a close relationship of trust with his clients and it is his desire to concentrate on this marketplace which led him to set up Roisin Ban Advisory Partners in 2013.

Mark has transactional experience across a wide variety of sectors including food, manufacturing and business services.

Outside work Mark splits his time between Yorkshire and County Cork in Ireland and plays golf (badly), follows Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Cricket and enjoys Travel and History.
