About us:
Roisin Ban Advisory Partners was formed in 2013 by Mark Lister, an experienced corporate finance practitioner with over 20 years in the Yorkshire market with Big4 and mid tier accountants, to provide corporate advice to SME’s. We provide a wide breadth of services from business planning and general strategic advice to assisting in acquisitions, disposals and fund raisings. Specific areas of expertise include the food sector and cross border transactions.
We also have access to a network of private investors looking to invest in smaller developing businesses particularly in the food sector.
Roisin Ban is Gaelic for White Rose reflecting pride in the great county of Yorkshire together with a love of the emerald isle.
